The modern complex Elite in Pula consists of two joined villas and is ideal for a big group of friends, or a family. It has 400 sqm in total and was built on the grounds of 1200 sqm. The large outdoor area features two large swimming pools, and each has four sunchairs on the lovely terrace located in the center of the garden. The complex also features a private, large children’s playground and a trampoline and is completely protected from the neighboring houses. The interior of the villa has eight bedrooms with private bathrooms, so if you do travel with friends or relatives, privacy inside the complex is ensured. There are two living rooms joined with the modern kitchen, and the both open to the terrace and the patio. It was decorated with a lot of care and attention, and the abundance of little details create a warm, loving ambience in the house.
