This charming, elegant villa is an ideal stay for families or a group of friends. Even though it can accommodate 8 people in 3 bedrooms, we recommend a group of 6. Its interior is furnished with dark parquet and terracotta-colored floors. Classical furniture and maritime inspired details add to the Mediterranean ambient, especially due to large glass surfaces that open the villa towards the garden. Palm trees provide shade in the pool area, and sun chairs are here for all of you who prefer the sunshine.
And while the gentlemen prepare dinner in the outdoor barbecue area, ladies can enjoy a cocktail or two by the pool or even on one of the terraces.

WHERE YOU’LL BE STAYING
Sumartin is situated on the eastern coast of Brač and is its youngest village as well. Founded by immigrants from Bosnia, it was a fishermen’s village for a very long time. Today, together with fishing, olive growing and wine making it is one of the most popular tourist centers in central Dalmatia.
THINGS TO DO NEARBY
Situated on one of the most popular islands in the Adriatic, Brač, Sumartin is surrounded by many secluded little bays with sandy and pebble beaches with pristine crystal-clear sea. If you prefer a beach with more attractions and activities, the beach Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn), the most famous beach in Croatia, on list of the top 10 best beaches in Europe according to Conde Nast Traveler is located next to the village Bol, just a half hour drive from Sumartin.
For all the lovers of culture and art, we simply must recommend a visit to the Sculpting Academy in Pučišća, a village 25 km away. The white stone from Brač was used to build the Diocletian’s palace in Split, St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, and there is an urban legend that says it was even used for the construction of the oval office in the White House.
