The lovely, traditional stone villa Paradise is a wonderful, poolside villa situated in Donje Selo on the island Šolta. The villa is an excellent example of traditional Dalmatian Island houses built during the 20th century. The 85 sqm house is built on three levels, on the property of 320 sqm. The villa’s exterior is dominated by the heated swimming pool, together with the garden where you can find typical Mediterranean bushes. Can you imagine anything more relaxing than sunbathing by the pool, fresh water still dripping from your face, and the smell of lavender filling the air? Thanks to the narrow, but high construction of the house, the bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on the top floors, offering splendid views of the green surroundings of the village. The interior of the villa is decorated respecting the dalmatian legacy, so you will find stone walls inside the villa as well, wooden furniture and art showing island motifs. 

The beautiful villa Ivanovi Dvori is a charming poolside villa situated in Skradin. This wonderful oasis hidden in Dalmatian hinterland is perfect for a group of 6 guests, and we highly recommend it to families traveling with children. The villa’s exterior, apart from the refreshing swimming pool, has a large green garden ideal for a cheerful play, and the children’ playground is placed in the shaded part of the terrace, so the little ones will get the chance to play outside all day long. The house was decorated with great style and elegance; the stone walls are enriched with contemporary artwork, and the furniture seems to have been made for enjoyment and relaxation. The wonderful villa Josipovi Dvori is a traditional, stone house built on the same estate as its big brother, villa Ivanovi Dvori. Even though both are built next to each other, the stone wall of the premises ensures complete privacy for its guests. The stone villa is ideal for a group of four guests, with its 120 sqm and two cozy, spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The villa was done in a combination of the typical Dalmatian style and the contemporary design, which best reflects in the beautiful white stone walls and wooden windows combined with the modern pool and modern appliances that will make your stay as easy going as possible.
