Villa Martina in Pinezići on the island of Krk is a wonderful poolside villa where you will spend your dream vacations. The modern 200 sqm house is built on the 600 sqm property and offers a beautiful outdoor pool in the lovely garden. Right next to the pool you will find four beach chairs ideal for sunbathing. Even though we must tell you, villa Martina is situated close to the beach, and you can get there on foot in a few minutes. Therefore, the villa is perfect for everyone looking for a summer beach destination. The balconies of the house also offer a lovely sea view, and we recommend you enjoy it during the sunset. The shaded terrace by the pool has a barbecue area and is a great solution if you want to spend an evening in the villa. The interior was done with great care and attention, so the four bedrooms offer elegance and comfort, while the time spent in the open plan kitchen and living room will make you feel at home.

Pinezići is a very popular beach destination on Krk, thanks to its position close to the beach. The bays in the area are considered one of the most beautiful ones on the entire island, and the nature is well preserved. The village itself is situated around 500 meters from the beach and is an ideal example of an old fishermen settlement that has grown thanks to tourism.

Apart from enjoying the beach, you should visit the town of Krk, the capital of the island only 10 km away from the villa. Krk is an historical town with rich cultural heritage and many diverse events and festivals during the summer season. Basically, if you want peace and quiet by the sea, Pinezići is your place, but in case you are looking for a more social kind of place, Krk is there for anything you may wish for.
