The beautiful poolside villa 1 is a modern, brand-new villa situated in Kožino. The villa is equally elegant and contemporary in its architecture and interior design. The beautiful villa 1 is situated in Kožino, a small Dalmatian settlement between the region’s capital, Zadar and Petrčane, a tourist place with amazing beaches. Kožino has around 800 permanent residents who have a long tradition of fishing and working in agriculture but have been investing in tourism more and more in the last few years. The proximity of the beach and Zadar make Kožino an excellent vacation destination for tourists all around the world.

We are quite sure you will spend several days enjoying the beach and the beautiful Adriatic. But once you wish to get to know the surroundings, be sure to visit Zadar. This ancient Roman colony is a beautiful Mediterranean town known for the most beautiful sunset in the world, the unique installation Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun and a lot more we will let you discover on your own. We also highly recommend a day excursion to one of the islands in Zadar archipelago, or Kornati national park, one of the most popular places in Croatia.
