The beautiful, luxurious villa La Thea is a brand new, beachfront villa situated in the region of Zadar. Both the exterior and the interior were decorated and designed according to the highest standards of architecture and design, and every single detail was chosen with great attention and care. The villa is only 5 meters away from the sea, so it is quite clear what its main feature is, but we must point out the amazing pool and the very intimate terrace and the garden that surrounds it. The exterior also features a barbecue area and a shaded dining area, perfect for the meals you will enjoy on the property. The interior is yet another story. All the materials are of the highest rank, and the kitchen is so splendid, we think it was made by the world's greatest chef. The house features three spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms and a lot of light coming inside. The walls are decorated with wonderful works of art, just like the little plants were placed around the house to give it a warm, family feeling.
