This exquisite, fresh from the oven, luxurious villa in Petrčane is a modern retreat made for the most demanding guests. The villa has 330 sqm and is built on an 800 sqm property. It features four spacious, bright bedrooms with private bathrooms and is optimal for a party of 8. The villa is divided into three levels, while the exterior consists of the garden, pool area with a sun terrace and several other terraces perfect for a full day enjoyment. We love the little terrace shaped gardens with aromatic bushes and flowers that give the property a special charm and a beautiful scent in the air. The pool and the beach chairs are there for all the sunny moments you want, while the shaded terrace with the jacuzzi is perfect to rest in away from the sun. For all the moments you wish to enjoy this wonderful house more, there is a gym and a sauna at your disposal. Petrčane is a coastal village situated 10 kilometers away from Zadar, northern Dalmatia’s capital. It is a small Mediterranean place perfect as an easygoing summer destination with wonderful beaches and crystal-clear sea. There are only 600 inhabitants who, apart from tourism, work in agriculture, especially winemaking and olive oil production.
