WHERE YOU’LL BE STAYING
The villa is located in a small hamlet called Presika right next to the picturesque Istrian town of Labin. At the hamlet itself you can find a café, shop or a restaurant only a short walk away from the villa. The seaside is a short 10-minute drive by car, or, if you prefer a more active holiday, you can rent bicycles at the villa and enjoy the countryside while leisurely pedalling your way to the beach.

If you are looking for holiday which combines spending time on the coast with exploring the countryside, eastern Istria is a great choice. You will be close to the airport and several tourist centres like Labin and Rabac. Labin is a historical and cultural centre of that part of Istria and offers art galleries, concerts, palaces and fine restaurants which you can explore in the evenings while Rabac and its surrounding beautiful pebble beaches are a perfect spot for relaxing during the long summer days.
