The villas occupy a plot of over 11,000 m2. Each villa is on its own 2000 m2 area and they share 5000 more m2 of forest and fields, including a golf pitching/chipping/putting area, a pentaquin field, adventure park for kids, volleyball, and badminton court, and a nature walk with hammocks. A separate building, equidistant from each villa, houses a well-equipped gym with an infra-sauna and a steam bath that residents of each of the three villas can enjoy. For year-around enjoyment and relaxation, each villa has its own 48 sqm swimming pool. Three of the pools are heated and two are covered by a dome enabling even winter-time swimming. The three villas can accommodate up to 36 people. The en-suite bedrooms have king-sized beds that can be separated into two single beds, to accommodate various types of groups. The villas can be rented individually or as a group of two or three.
