The villa is a part of a large complex together with its four sister villas. That gives it a lot of extra space in which you can find an organic garden and a plethora of sport amenities that include an outdoor fitness area, 2 tennis courts, 2 bocce courts and also a handball, football, basketball and volleyball courts. The position of the villa will give you a wonderful opportunity to enjoy in the peace and quiet of the countryside while taking an evening stroll, but if you are looking for trip to the beach or a bit of city bustle, we would recommend a car ride to Rovinj or Pula.

THINGS TO DO NEARBY

The closest town to the villa is Kanfanar, a small town where you can see buildings in the traditional architectural style and enjoy the culinary specialties of the region. However, if you want to range a bit further afield in about a half an hour ride you can get to Pula. This historic city offers plenty of sights to see, like the famous Pula Amphitheatre, alongside a vibrant cultural and restaurant scene. Close to Pula is also the beautiful National Park Brijuni which you can reach with a short boat ride. Istria really offers a lot to be seen and experienced, from nature to local gastronomical specialties like the many varieties of pasta, excellent wines and liqueurs and of course the unavoidable truffles.
