It is a three-bedroom house with en-suite bathrooms, perfect for a party of 6. This villa is ideal for all those looking for peace and quiet in a heritage villa restored in its full splendor, filled with antique furniture and charming details in the house. The furniture is mostly made of massive wood, beautifully carved and complemented with oriental rugs and old photographs on the villa’s walls. The terrace where the swimming pool is offers sun loungers, but also plenty of shade in the garden where Mediterranean aromatic plants are, giving the entire property a lovely scent.

Several interesting stone artifacts were found during the restoration, which have been preserved and returned to the house. Villa 117 can accommodate eight guests in its four bedrooms. A swimming pool with salt water is situated on the terrace, together with the sunbathing area with solar shower. A large, shaded canopy and the grill are at your disposal as well. Villa 117 is situated right next to villa 119, which has a swimming pool with salt water, and there is the option to rent both villas together.
