The wonderful villa Sussini is located on a little hill, offering splendid views of the surroundings. Krbune is a lovely little village in central Istria founded in the Middle Ages. Today it has not more than 50 inhabitants, even though it had over 750 before the Second World War. It is a place filled with traditional Istrian houses and surrounded with intact nature, so it is an ideal place if you want to relax and rest from the modern world.

The very special thing about the places in the center of the Istrian peninsula is that you can get almost anywhere in Istria in less than a one-hour ride. And there are plenty of possibilities. We definitely recommend you explore the central part of this magical region, known as the land of the giants, myths and legends. Its rich forests hide the white and the black truffle, the crown of Istrian gastronomy. If you decide to head to the coast, you won’t be disappointed either. The beautiful national park Brijuni is a must destination and be sure you visit the site with dinosaurs' footprints; you will love it!
