The villa resides in Selca, a village located in the inland of the island Brač. It is easy to fall in love with this place with century-tradition where every building is made of Brač white stone. You will be close to destinations such as Novo Selo and Sumartin, just a 10-minutes’ drive.
THINGS TO DO NEARBY
Selca village will amaze you with its lively cultural energy which can be witnessed during summer period. It has numerous monuments scattered all over the village. It has long been known for its stone processing skills, which is visible on the church, private houses facades, main square and many stone lined streets. Puntinak bay is just 1 km away from Selca, and its beautiful coast, blue shades of clean water and smell of pines will take your breath away. When it comes to gastronomy, there are Dalmatian classics like fish, seafood and olive oils, and then there are specialties of Brač cuisine. We should mention procip – made from young cheese, within the first 24 hours, by cutting it into slices and baking it in caramelized sugar. When on Brač, you drink ‘smutica’, a drink made from 4/5 fresh goat's milk and 1/5 red wine. Cheers!
