The beautiful, modern, yet traditional villa Laurus in Sumartin is a typical island town villa. Settled in the center of Sumartin on Brač, this charming stone house features a wonderful pool in the intimate garden surrounded by a stone wall guaranteeing your privacy. The house was built for a party of 10 guests, with 5 bedrooms and four bathrooms. Just like the exterior, the interior was decorated in a rustical style, with stone walls, antique furniture, and lovely artwork on the villa’s walls. The garden is a perfect escape from the summer heat, and Mediterranean trees and bushes prevail. You will especially love the lemon and tangerine scent while enjoying the relaxing moments in one of the sun loungers by the pool. We would especially like to point out the terrace of the villa, providing a view on the little harbor and the center of Sumartin, reminding you just how close you are to the real world.

Sumartin is the youngest place on the island of Brač, and it counts around 500 inhabitants. Even though the youngest, it quickly became one of the most popular vacation destinations for both Croatians and tourists. Settled on the western coast of Brač, it faces the Makarska riviera, with the magnificent mountain Biokovo in the background.
