The name of this villa tells you how much will you enjoy this vacation. Mir Vami in Dalmatian dialect stands for “peace be with you” and is a perfect little traditional stone house situated a few steps from the sea. It resembles those utopian postcard places with high stone walls reflecting the warm, Mediterranean sunshine. The house is divided on to two levels and can accommodate up to 10 people, although we recommend a group of 8. The garden with an intimate terrace and a pool it protected from the outer world with a high wall covered with plants and flowers. The palm trees give it a hint of oriental impressions and the smell of ripe figs and immortelle will make it clear; you came to Dalmatia.

WHERE YOU’LL BE STAYING
Sumartin is situated on the eastern coast of Brač and is its youngest village as well. Founded by immigrants from Bosnia, it was a fishermen’s village for a very long time. Today, together with fishing, olive growing and wine making it is one of the most popular tourist centers in central Dalmatia.
THINGS TO DO NEARBY
Situated on one of the most popular islands in the Adriatic, Brač, Sumartin is surrounded by many secluded little bays with sandy and pebble beaches with pristine crystal-clear sea. If you prefer a beach with more attractions and activities, the beach Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn), the most famous beach in Croatia, on list of the top 10 best beaches in Europe according to Conde Nast Traveler is located next to the village Bol, just a half hour drive from Sumartin.
For all the lovers of culture and art, we simply must recommend a visit to the Sculpting Academy in Pučišća, a village 25 km away. The white stone from Brač was used to build the Diocletian’s palace in Split, St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, and there is an urban legend that says it was even used for the construction of the oval office in the White House.
