The villa resides in Sveti Lovreč Labinski, a part of small town Labin in Istria. There are numerous archeological finds nearby, and the village is known for a Roman road close to it, that connected ancient Pula (Pola) with Labin (Alvona). Beautiful beaches of Rabac are about 20 km away, while the distance to wonderful Pula is 40 km, and to romantic Rovinj 60 km.

There are so many possibilities for a fun and memorable vacation in this beautiful Istria area. Labin is a charming little town with the cutest stone stone-paved streets and interesting history. It is famous for its mining heritage and history, and you can experience it by visiting the mining square and monument. On San Marco square in Labin there is a newly opened pizza place ‘Rumore’, known as one of the best pizza places in Croatia, which became one of the main reasons people want to visit Labin these days. Rabac and its beauty, serenity and nature also must be mentioned.
