Poljica are a little village situated approximately 7 km from Nin and the Adriatic coast. The total of 276 inhabitants are oriented towards agriculture and tourism, and the entire place is strongly connected to nearby Nin.

Our first advice, always, is to explore the surroundings of your villa. And when it comes to Nin and Zadar region, the offer is abundant. Nin is considered the first capital of the old Croatian kingdom, but today it is worldwide famous for its sandy beaches and the lagoon in front of Velebit. The beaches are popular amongst the lovers of outdoor sports as well, so due to the local wind Bura, you can enjoy windsurfing or kitesurfing. The Queen’s beach has even been listed as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world by the American Travel channel. The region’s capital Zadar is situated 17 km away, and will enchant you with its histroy, the roman forum and the famous Sea Organ. Apart from all the history and the cultural heritage the region has to offer, there are four national parks close to the villa, and the natural heritage lovers will surely love them.
