Cancellation terms
Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to the beginning of the confirmed booked period will receive a 100% refund. After this period, it is only possible to re-book the rental period (up to 15 months from the initial rental period) if other bookings allow it.
Deposit and balance termsThe 30% deposit is paid upon booking confirmation, the remaining 70% must be paid 60 days before arrival.
Security DepositThe refundable 4000 EUR security deposit must be paid 7 days prior to the beginning of the rental period. If the Security deposit is not paid, the reservation will be cancelled without a refund. If no property damage occurs during the client’s stay, we will initiate a release of the Security deposit amount 7 days after the client’s checkout.

We would advise you to take those bikes and explore the surrounding first. Istria is compared with Tuscany for a very good reason, and its green, dreamy hilltops offer adventures behind every corner. Istria’s best winery, Vinarija Kozlović, is situated 10 km from the villa, and if you travel with children, you will be delighted to hear the second biggest water park, Istralandia, is situated 20 km away. Towns on the western coast like Novigrad and Umag are definitely worth the visit if you wish to get back to the reality and enjoy Istria’s beautiful coast and beaches.
