The beautiful Villa Dolcea is situated in Kaštel, a small settlement near Buje. It is a contemporary, poolside luxurious villa suited for a maximum of 10 guests. This elegant villa has 340 sqm and is built on a beautiful 800 sqm property. Our favorite thing about villas like Dolcea is precisely its outdoor area with a large, green garden and the sun terrace with the swimming pool in its center. The garden provides not only shaded areas during the summer days, but also keeps the air around the house fresh and beautifully scented. The interior was decorated with great class and style, so the open-plan living room and the kitchen make the entire space look very cozy and full of light. The large terrace door opens the house towards the garden and the pool, making your stay here as relaxed as possible. The house features four bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and two additional toilets. In case of a rainy day, or a fun family evening, the villa features table soccer, billiards and darts as an additional means of entertainment.

WHERE YOU’LL BE STAYING
Kaštel is a lovely little village next to the town of Buje and is widely known for its excellent vineries and the production of wine is surely amongst the top economic factors in the area. The residents of this area also work in olive oil production, and of course, tourism. The entire area is extremely well connected by traffic with the rest of Istria and central Europe, so Buje is ideal for both long vacations and weekend escapes as well.

Once you have rested and enjoyed the beautiful villa Dolcea, don’t hesitate to rent a few bikes and explore the surroundings. Tuscany is not the only place in the world where you can cycle through amazing vineyards and discover magical places. Buje is only kilometers away from Umag, one of the most visited places in Croatia. Umag is well known for the beautiful beaches, great variety of outdoor sports and is the home of the ATP World Tour: Croatia Open Umag as well.
