The lovely, poolside villa Pendolina is a charming home situated in a little settlement Buroli near Umag in Istria. It is a modern house with a spacious terrace and a garden, while the most alluring outdoor feature is most certainly the private swimming pool. The house itself was built for a party of 6 guests, who have three spacious bedrooms filled with light at their disposal. The maximum number the villa can accommodate is seven guests, since it features a folding armchair as well. The design of the house is simple and elegant. The interior of the villa is comfortable and stylish, while the outdoor area offers wonderful views of the surrounding landscape and the most breathtaking sunsets over the forest. You will love the peace and quiet in the area, however, when you feel like getting to know Istria a bit more, you will discover the beaches and the towns of western Istria are at the top of your fingers.

Buroli is a little settlement situated in the north-western Istria, 10 kilometers away from Umag, one of the most popular destinations in Croatia. It counts 53 permanent residents who work in agriculture and tourism. The entire Istrian peninsula Is well known for its olive oil and splendid wines, and Buroli is no exception.

Once you get a good rest and enjoy this beautiful villa, we recommend you head towards Umag, only a 15-minute drive away. Along the way you will discover beautiful beaches and hidden bays, only to fall in love with the Adriatic. Umag is a town known for top notch service and a great variety of outdoor sport activities. Cycling, diving, hiking, joining any of the numerous sporting events are all options for you and your loved ones. We most certainly must mention the ATP Umag, held every year in July, when Umag becomes the center of the tennis world. Savudrija, the most extreme western point of Istria and Croatia is a lovely place with a lighthouse worth visiting and taking a swim in this enchanting place.
