This beautiful poolside modern villa built on three levels is ideal for a party of 10. Its architects and interior designers thought on both sunny and rainy days, so the exterior of the villa is surrounded with a gorgeous, green Mediterranean garden and the typical olive trees are there to provide shade during the hot summer days. The smell of lavender and other etherical plants will sooth and relax you, and the pool is here for refreshment and entertainment. The interior of the house was decorated with every little detail taken into consideration, so apart from the modernly equipped kitchen and an elegant living area, there is a game room, with a pool table and fitness equipment, and a sauna to make your stay as carefree as possible.

A settlement first mentioned in the 13th century, Krnica today counts around 300 inhabitants dedicated mostly to agriculture, fishing and winemaking. The village is situated on a plateau above the Krnica Bay, 26 km away from Pula, region’s biggest city and economic, cultural and educational center.

Pula is not just the capital of Istria today; it was also the capital of this region in the ancient Roman empire. More importantly, the main traits of the antique colony survived until today. We are talking about the streets, the squares, Jupiter’s temple, but more importantly, we are talking about the Amphitheatre. Almost perfectly preserved, it is a witness of the old days and a civilization so different from ours. So, to honor this important legacy, the arena comes back to life every year, and from June to September hosts gladiator fights, organizes clothing and hairstyle workshops and gives you an opportunity to live like the Romans used to.
