Villa Tika is a luxurious and modern villa of contemporary construction. The capacity of the villa is enough to accommodate 6 people in three spacious bedrooms, and there is an extra bed in the living room in case you bring two more people. Each room has its own private bathroom, which ensures maximum comfort and privacy. The modern interior of coordinated colours exudes harmony and minimalism. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances has all the necessary facilities in case you decide to cook during your stay in the villa. Jadreški is a small village in the municipality of Ližnjan in the Istrian County, about 5 kilometers from Pula and located at 63 meters above sea level. The total number of permanent residents is around 320, and most of them are engaged in traditional agriculture, animal husbandry and the production of meat and dairy products. This charming village with a rich history is located in a fertile agricultural area, surrounded by forests and fields.

Since the town of Jadreški is only 5 kilometers from Pula, we suggest visiting the Amphitheatre, which is the largest and best-preserved monument of ancient architecture in Croatia. Pula has been the cultural centre of Istria since Roman times and is full of sights and contents for everyone's taste. There are numerous smaller autochthonous Istrian towns nearby, as well as numerous additional sports facilities and picnic areas. If you decide to go on a day trip, Brijuni National Park is a great choice, consisting of fourteen islands and islets that hide a handful of interesting sights, rich history and untouched nature.
