Villa Ancora is located near Dubrovnik, in a quiet neighborhood, away from roads and traffic noise. It is a true example of the symbiosis between the Mediterranean ‘fiake’ and modern technical solutions. It is surrounded by forest, but this does not mean that guests will not be able to enjoy the view of the nearby port of Gruž. On two floors, Villa Ancora offers four bedrooms in which eight guests can enjoy their vacation. The pull-out sofa in a separate room next to the living room offers accommodation for another adult or two small children. The heated outdoor pool, located on the first floor terrace, will offer refreshment to those who cannot wait to walk one kilometer to the beautiful sandy beach. Next to it there is a dining table for eight people. Villa Ancora is also equipped with a summer kitchen, where guests can prepare meals in the traditional way in a rustic old, authentic Croatian fireplace.

The nearest sandy beach and shops are just a 10-minute walk away. Villa Ancora is located in the port of Gruž, a bay looking at the old town of Dubrovnik. Nearby is Lapad, the noblest and most beautiful district of Dubrovnik. Guests can walk to the popular Copacabana Beach in an easy 15-minute walk, or take a walk to the old town. Amongst other attractions, you can visit Onofrio's Fountain, built by the Naples builder Onofrio della Cava in 1438 as part of the Dubrovnik Waterworks.
