The elegant Villa Franica combines the seemingly incompatible - modern decoration with many elements of rustic decoration, traditional for houses in the region. Its rooms will accommodate up to nine people in five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. They are located on the first and second floor of the building, while the ground floor is reserved for a modern kitchen, two dining rooms and two living rooms, one of which has a brick fireplace. The outdoor pool and two spacious terraces will provide shelter for guests in the summer heat. The terraces of Villa Franica offer a beautiful view of the sea and the magnificent Franjo Tudjman bridge, named after the first Croatian president. On one of the terraces you can find a very striking old olive tree, and next to it there is a gas grill ideal for preparing a family meal. Feel free to bring your pets to Villa Franica.

Villa Franica is located in Dubrovnik, a city that was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1979. You will easily be convinced that it belongs there, because it will be difficult to find someone who could resist a walk along Stradun, the main central road of the old town or a visit to the old town and walls and famous towers (Minčeta, Bokar, Lovrijenac ...) built between the 13th and 17th century. A city bursting with cultural content will simply delight every guest. It is also possible to arrange boat trips to the beautiful Elaphite Islands.
