But we will also write about Cavtat, a town only 5 km from the villa. The little town below the radar due to the proximity of Dubrovnik, is an artistic heaven. The most famous Croatian painter, Vlaho Bukovac was born there, and his house is open for visitors. Other well-known sculptors, architects and artists have left their masterpieces in Cavtat, making it a wonderful museum under the blue Dalmatian sky.
