The villa is surrounded by a large, fully enclosed, courtyard of 2000 m2 which offers you peace and quiet together with some additional bonuses. Those would include a private badminton court, which can be easily converted into a volleyball playground if you would rather try your hand at that. The beach is only 500 metres away so after a short walk you will be able to enjoy the beautiful Adriatic Sea. On the way to or from the beach you can also easily find shops, bars and restaurants.
