Villa Rotonda is an expansive villa that can easily accommodate up to 10 people. While it is a single property it actually consists of 2 completely functional separate apartments which makes it ideal for a multi-family holiday with friends or relatives. Everything centres on a lovely outdoor pool where everybody can come together to enjoy the sun or have a meal in the outdoor dining area. However, if you want to relax alone or in smaller groups the property is full of many quiet places, like the gallery or the balconies, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a good book. The kids will have a fun time in the garden or on the trampoline.

The villa is situated in the very centre of Istria in the small town of Lindar. You can enjoy the peace and the quiet of the picturesque landscape or take a short walk to the nearby café or restaurant. If you will need to do some shopping or look for a bigger gastronomical selection the city of Pazin is only about 3 km away. Pazin also offers opportunities for historic and natural sightseeing, like the old Pazin castle or the Pazin Cave (Pazinska jama) where you an see the river Pazinčica flow underground. Adrenaline lovers can also try out the Pazin Cave zip-line over the river.
THINGS TO DO NEARBY
The central location in Istria makes it ideal for organizing day trips to the seaside or exploring the countryside. It will take you only 30-45 minutes on nice roads to reach cities like Motovun, Rovinj, Poreč or Pula. You can visit the lovely beaches and enjoy activities like kayaking or rent a bicycle and explore the bike paths all over Istria. Istria is known for its gastronomy and we would recommend trying out local specialties like the many varieties of pasta, excellent wines and liqueurs and of course the unavoidable truffles.
