The wonderful Casa Barattina is a lovely, luxurious villa situated on an enormous private estate with a splendid sea view together with its big sister, Casa Baratto. This villa is the smallest, and of course, the most adorable one. It was built for a party of 8, with its four extraordinary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The pool is just what will make your day here special, since you can use it for a morning wake-up swim, afternoon relaxation or a refreshing night jump. The lovely covered outdoor dining room next to the pool is decorated like the old Istrian wine cellars, with a lot of original details and cozy armchairs. The main house is in fact a stone villa with beautiful blue windows, and the olive trees in the garden just add to the Mediterranean ambience. The house is equipped with top-notch appliances and the hidden gem of the house is definitely the wellness area with the fully equipped gym shared with Casa Baratto.

Cancellation terms
If for any reason you change your mind within 48 hours after the booking confirmation, you’ll get a 100% refund, no questions asked. If you cancel the reservation 59 days before the day of using the service, you will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.
Deposit and balance termsThe 30% deposit is paid upon booking confirmation, the remaining 70% must be paid 60 days before arrival.
Security DepositThe refundable 1000 EUR security deposit must be paid at latest 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period. If the security deposit is not paid, the reservation will be cancelled without a refund. If no property damage occurs during the client’s stay, a release of the security deposit amount will be initiated 7 days after the client’s checkout. If you have booked the villa less than 60 days before the arrival, the deposit must be paid right away. Once you have confirmed your stay, you will receive further instructions on how to pay the security deposit.

This time we will tell you to go south, and discover Pula, The Roman colony whose main attractions survived until today. The magnificent amphitheater still comes to life through shows, concerts and gladiator games revivals. It is the home of the esteemed Pula Film Festival every summer, and we are sure you won’t make a mistake by visiting this ancient monument.
