Vinišće is a small village in central Dalmatia, situated 19 km from the UNESCO town of Trogir. Established as a fishermen’s village, fishing is still one of its main occupations, together with tourism, off course.
THINGS TO DO NEARBY
If you do decide to leave this wonderful villa, there are plenty of possibilities in its proximity. Swimming and sunbathing is always a good idea, and the coast of Vinišće is popular for underwater fishing. The town of Trogir, an UNESCO site is only 19 km away and is a true surprise for everyone who decide to visit it. For some it is even more beautiful than Split, much smaller, and its streets are filled with renaissance palaces, historical monuments and majestic belltowers that will make you think, just for a minute or two, you are walking the streets of Venice. However, we must tell you, the smell is not so bad, and the girls are much more beautiful.
